Charlie has been in the insurance industry since July of 1980 and he became a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1991. He received his bachelor’s degree in public relations and psychology from MTSU. After several decades establishing his expertise and forming a customer base, he founded International Insurance Brokerage in 2001. His clients span the globe, but he also represents a significant cross-section of businesses and individuals in Middle Tennessee. He is a former President and Board Member of the Insures of Nashville and has been a resident of Franklin for over 25 years.

Tim brings 30 years of management and sales experience to IIB, a licensed agent and Partner since 2006. He has served many local nonprofits, Tennessee Nursery and Landscape Association, Tennessee Urban Forestry Council, the Battle of Franklin Trust, Historic Zoning Commission for the City of Franklin and the Williamson County Heritage Foundation. He is a monthly contributor for Your Williamson and Southern Craft Beer Magazines. When he’s not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years and family, competing in Triathlons, Open Water Swimming, and Traveling. 

Matt joined IIB in late 2019. He brings with him 10 years of experience in the insurance and retirement planning arenas. Matt played Division 1 baseball for Lipscomb’s University from 2006 to 2010. Upon graduating with a double major in Marketing and Financial Markets, Matt began his career in the Insurance and Financial Industry at Taylor Financial in Brentwood, TN. As a Born and Raised Franklin Native, Matt is passionate about his community and contributing to its growth. He is the proud Husband of Stephanie Bowling and Father of Ella Ruth Bowling. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys any sporting activity he can participate in, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
